La Posada is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community offering independent living apartments and garden homes, assisted living suites, skilled nursing, memory care and outpatient therapies. Since 1987, La Posada has set the standard in Southern Arizona for providing organized senior services. La Posada is Arizona’s first nationally accredited continuing care retirement community, www.carf.org, and has won numerous awards for developing and providing innovative services, quality care, and for the design of our 100 acre campus .
